About Great

Our Great Learners branch is located in Golders Green, North London, and warmly welcomes up to 65 children aged 6 months to 5 years. Situated in a cosy and close-knit community, our nursery provides a friendly environment where every child is supported at every step of their learning journey.

Established in September 2007, Great Learners was founded following the success of our sister schools in Kingsbury and Edgware, bringing our strong Montessori-based approach to this vibrant area. Our teachers are dedicated to nurturing each child’s independence, ensuring their growth in a safe and caring atmosphere.

We are proud of our outstanding Ofsted accreditation, which reflects our commitment to providing the very best care and education for your child. At Great Learners, we believe in the well-being of each child, offering freshly prepared, healthy meals that cater to a variety of dietary needs. The nursery also boasts a range of enriching extra activities, including dance, yoga, and French lessons, to promote both physical and mental development.

Located conveniently near the High Street, our nursery is easily accessible for families in the Golders Green and Hampstead areas. We focus on providing a nurturing Montessori environment where your child can thrive and develop, giving them the best foundation for lifelong learning.

Activities & Experiences

  • At our Montessori nursery, we focus on more than just academics to provide a well-rounded experience for your children. At Great Learners, we offer a variety of enriching extracurricular activities such as dance, active play, French, day trips, and yoga. We take great joy in watching our children thrive and have fun, which is why we also organise engaging activities based on weekly themes.
  • For instance, during Dinosaur Week, our Great Learners dive into the science of volcanoes, discover the world of dinosaurs, and engage in activities related to the theme. These experiences not only bring excitement but also help develop essential skills like sharing and teamwork. At Great Learners, we offer everything you could wish for your child.
